Motherhood - Alaska

Sea Otters are amazing creatures, great mothers and most importantly for me, camera hounds. This mom was grooming her pup's fur, a critical habit when your home involves 36 degree water on a warm day. This pair was taken during a trip to one of the many receding glaciers near Valdez.
