Dusky Dawn

Thick mists rise from dew laden grasses to greet the increasing warmth of the newly risen sun on a late August morning. As the sun climbs into a hazy gray sky, soft beams of light are filtered though the thick canopy of trees on the horizon. In the foreground, the wispy tendrils of a spidery web can be seen hanging from the branches of a young maple tree. "Dusky Dawn" is captured in shades of grays and greens while the foggy beams of filtered light glows in hues of washed out creams.
